I need a grilled chicken recipe for a date?

So I have a girl coming over, and I said I'd cook something for her, as I fancy myself to be quite the cook. However, I need a grilled chicken recipe for something... delicious and impressive. Something that makes me seem classy.. because I quite enjoy my classy side. And perhaps a suggestion of wine to compliment the dish. I was thinking perhaps some sort of marinade?
