Easy grilled chicken marinade?

Aged (12 years) balsamic vinegar and minced or crushed garlic. Marinate about 2 hours, not longer. The acid in the vinegar will cook the chicken. If you can't find an aged balsamic look for balsamic fig or other balsamic fruit vinegar.
