Short answer - Yes. Being a girl I don't know the ins and outs but "precum" can have sperm in it. That is why the "pulling out" technique is not safe as contraception. From my experience, men can't normally tell when a bit comes out before ejaculation but it is common. I have never heard anything about the urination part, it sounds like a complete myth to me! If you ever have unprotected sex again (please don't unless you are trying for a baby!) ALWAYS get your partner to get the morning after pill, then there can be no doubts. A gentlemanly thing to do would be to pay half with her if you get it from the chemist, or you can get it free from a doctor or clinic (but it must be her who goes for it).
