What can I use pineapple vinegar for?

I made a batch of pineapple vinegar using the scraps from my pineapple. I need some good ideas on how to use it. If you know of any good recipes for pineapple vinegar, that would be awesome! Some people say to use it as a marinade for meat or to use it in a stir fry.
