STEAK MARINADE...what do you use to make steak tender and flavorfull?

You can marinate the steaks in a baggie with some ranch dressing, cracked black pepperand a spoonful or so of Balsamic vinegar. Mix that up, pour it into a baggie. Add the steaks and close and seal the baggie. Turn it around several times so that the mixture will be all over the steak. Grill and enjoy. If you don't want to do this, then buy a bottle of some type of marinade.
