How long can I marinate a tri-tip for?

go with soy sauce and you could marinate for a day and it will be fine but this sound hella good. sorry didnt read the whole thing you can marinate something for upto 3 days if you use a ziplock bag.but it would also taste good if you cook it with the marinade.
