What are some healthy foods for me to eat?

Based on things I've read I believe the two most important things to eat are meat and vegetables. So eat the meat that you like and whatever veggies that you'll eat for starters. If you like processed meat check the labels & try to avoid things like nitrites (found in smoked meat) & msg. If you don't eat salmon or sardines on a regular basis take a fish oil supplement. I would try to limit the amount of food made from flour, these foods are generally fillers and not very nutritious. Consider fruit instead of sweets for a treat. Don't forget nuts & seeds, yes they are higher in fat but they are very nutritious.
