THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY SPERM ?

Hi, Am 13 years old. When i wa-nk it use to be sticky, And it use to look like Dirty water, Until my Friend (Shahin) Squeezed my testicles now when i wa-nk it comes out runny like watery and the sperm is clear, WHY IS THEIR SOMETHING WRONG !?
