Here is my favourite one : mix together in a bowl some water + olive oil + lemon juice along with lemon chunks + some ginger ( fresh would be the best) + smokey paprika + chopped cilantro leaves and stems and of course some minced garlic .Add the chicken and mix . Do not add salt ! Let it seat in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight . Sprinkle salt just before grilling.
