How to prepare chuck/blade steak with no time to marinade?

If you don't have time to marinate or use a rub to tenderize it, braise in red wine or water w/ salt & pepper on the stove on low heat for 30 minutes first. Allow steaks to rest in the pot while the grill heats up. Transfer the steaks to a hot, oiled grill and cook for five minutes on each side for medium.
