How can I make my own zesty italian dressing and marinade from scratch?

I don't have it with me right now, but google for "Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix recipe". It's all a powdered mix you can make at home, just ramp up the cayenne a tad. Then make as usual, which is a 3 to 1 water to oil blend. You might want to tweak the amount of oil to more, since you want a clingy marinade instead of watery.
