Can my girlfriend get pregnant from this?

if there is pre *** on your fingers and it comes into contact then yes you most defiently can, now if she is clothes then not so much. I was on the depovera shot for over a year, always on time, never any problems, and its one of the most effective birth controls, and i got pregnant. nothing is ever 100%. best thing to do is when she has her next appt for her birth control, or even with your doctor ask him these questions. these are some of the questions that were brough up when i was going to school to be a prenatal nurse but talk to ana ctual doctor for the best answers. good luck!
