Healthy meals for working out?
Whey protein is my favorite kind of protein powder. Not only is it extremely high-quality, bioavailable protein; it supports the immune system by providing the building blocks for glutathione, arguably the body's most important antioxidant. And studies indicate that whey protein may boost weight loss efforts. According to one French study, eating whey before exercise supports fat burning and may help with gaining or maintaining lean body mass. I suggest a whey protein shake made with either water alone or with frozen berries. The berries add fiber, nutrients and some extra carbohydrates, and make for a more delicious drink.
How big a tank or pond should I get for 6 adult koi?
I want to get a pond or tank setup for breeding koi. I will get them young, but I want a tank or pond big enough for them to grow to adults.
Simple chicken breast marinade?
I am looking for a simple chicken breast marinade with simple things I am likely to find in my cupboard. I have some fresh mint but not sure that would go with chicken very well??
How much would this koi fish cost?
It is a beautiful and unique gold/orange koi with a very distinct pattern in the shape of a 3 on it's head it is 12 inches long (30cm) and would make a great addition to any large pond
Poll: Is sperm a good natural remedy for acne?
I am in high school and going through an acne problem. I tried wash things and it has not worked that well, and my parents talk about accutane, but i heard accutane is not safe or natural. But, a friend who is an herbalist told me that something like sperm would be a good natural remedy for acne. But, i am double checking to be sure and consulting yahoo answers. What do you all think? Thanks!:)
Tank water is got filthy over night?
Ok so I have a 37 gal which is currently home to three baby lionheads, one pearlscale, three plecos, one bamboo shrimp, and about three mystery snails. My dad got me two new fish just a couple days ago (one lionhead and the pearlscale) and before they were there, I had two baby koi in the tank but they harassed the pearlscale so I have them in a separate tank while I am fixing the pond outside. I know that goldfish tend to be a messy breed, but I hadn't had any problems before, especially considering the fact that before these two new arrivals came I had three goldfish and two koi in there... (I have a butterfly goldfish quarantined for ick...) I have had the tank set up for a while now. Maybe two months? And all the decor and gravel used in this tank was used in my previous tank (accidentally broke while trying to move it) so I know the decor and gravel isn't to blame. I'm not overfeeding as I only feed them flakes once a day and a piece of sundried seeweed before the lights are turned off. I would try cutting back on the amount of fish in the tank but as of now, all my other tanks are being used. The cloudiness is milky white in color. I have three different plants in the tank as well as a bubble wall and two bubble dragon decors. So I know lack of oxygen isn't the cause. Any one have any suggestions? I checked the tank and no one has mysteriously died and I had just siphoned the gravel and did a 30% water change the other day.
